Weekly plans (Apply and Interview)
- Stop any time. Paid plans bill weekly, and there is no contract or minimum commitment. When you stop, you keep access through the week you already paid for and are not charged again.
- Not happy with a week? Tell us. If the service did not deliver for you, email us within 7 days of a weekly charge and we will refund that charge in full. No forms, no questions designed to wear you down.
- The Explore plan is free — nothing to refund.
Managed application packages
- Before work begins: full refund on request.
- After work begins: we refund the unused portion — you pay only for applications already submitted on your behalf, and the remainder of the package price comes back to you.
How to request a refund
Email humansreadthisreview@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the contact page. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The short version: if you feel you paid for something you did not get, we would rather refund you than argue with you.
