Create a Practice Set
Your Practice Questions
Prepare a specific example for behavioral questions. For technical or strategic questions, be ready to explain your reasoning, tradeoffs, and result.
How to Practice Without Sounding Rehearsed
- Choose the story before writing the answer. Identify the project, challenge, decision, or result you want to use.
- Outline the evidence. Note the situation, your responsibility, the actions you personally took, and what happened.
- Say it out loud. Spoken answers reveal unnecessary setup, missing context, and jargon that looks fine on paper.
- Prepare the next layer. Interviewers often ask about tradeoffs, alternatives, resistance, failure, and what you would do differently.
